Eddie's focus is helping organisations and individuals make change that works.  He specialises in the people aspects of change, supporting change leaders and sponsors to connect with and use the skills, experience and creativity of the whole organisation
to deliver change successfully.  It’s about turning people’s fear of change into an opportunity.  Eddie combines strategic business thinking with a deep understanding of technology implementation and technology people.

Transformation consultancy

Eddie has been at the heart of many business transformation programmes, through merger / acquisition, strategic change or turn-around.  As a senior leader in these businesses, he successfully led transformation and developed people to perform to exceptionally high standards.

Executive, Team and Group coaching

Eddie’s clients find his wealth of senior experience across a range of companies and sectors makes him an ideal sounding board for people and teams facing tough challenges. Clients remark on Eddie’s ability to build a confidential “space” where they can safely raise and face tough challenges.

Business Experience

Before transitioning to consulting and coaching, Eddie had careers in several technology sectors.  Early in his career,
he led technology R&D and delivery for companies in optical instruments (Thales), shipbuilding (BAE Systems), and telecoms (Nortel, Alcatel).  He then focused on the IT world: firstly, as a Programme Director with a global software vendor (Oracle) and then as owner of large IT portfolios in major corporations (C&W, Network Rail and TUI).  His expertise is in building and leading highly successful teams. His coaching skills and ability to develop the right person for a given role were key factors in his successes.

Rosie Miller

Rosie Miller helps leaders to transform themselves and their business. She specialises in the people dimension of change, supporting Change Leaders to bring their people with them. Working with business leaders, she enables people to develop the motivation, engagement and clear thinking that delivers successful change.

Transformation consultancy

Rosie has supported Change Leaders in a range of companies. For ESB, iTradeNetwork, FirstArk and Eurotext she has led executive teams through strategy development, scenario-based risk assessment and creation of shared vision and mission. For London Underground, WestLB, Conoco and Shell Lubricants she worked with senior teams to lead major change implementation successfully. She enables people to cut through complexity, creating clear understanding of the options. As a result, clients create real and meaningful strategic plans with the drive to implement them.

Executive, Team and Peer Group coaching

Rosie coaches across a wide range of issues including: developing and implementing the strategic agenda, up-skilling key talent, effective communication and influencing stakeholders. She coaches leaders and senior teams in a wide range of organisations including Nomura, Morgan Stanley, SAP, National Grid, Shell and ESB. Recently Rosie has pioneered the use of Peer Group Learning programmes as part of broader innovation and culture change programmes in companies such as Nomura and SAP.

In 2009, Rosie’s acclaimed, practical and clear handbook for leaders “Are you a Badger or a Doormat? How to be a leader who gets results” was published by FT Prentice Hall.

Resilience development training

Rosie creates resilience programmes thatenable
Change  Leaders and their people to prepare for and sustain high performance in the face of change and challenge. Participants experience higher energy, moreproactivity,
more  self-confidence and improved composure. With more ability to manage stressful situations, they stay resourceful and communicate more effectively with colleagues.

Business Experience

Prior to starting her own business 16 years ago, Rosie held senior roles in the consulting arms of EY, Roland Berger and Partners and Coopers and Lybrand, advising energy companies on privatisation, change management and strategy. Her early career in Shell included Shell UK strategic planning. In the mid-1990s she ran major gas contract negotiations for Conoco’s European Gas business.

Qualifications and Accreditations

Rosie is an ICF qualified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (Distinction). She is now a Visiting Research Fellow at Buckinghamshire New University. She is a qualified HeartMath trainer and an NLP Master. She is qualified in MBTI, Hogan Instrument and SDI.
